They may dip again to 59.8 every so often, but only for a millisecond. The cutscenes run smoothly with the above settings. Turning the vsync off should hopefully fix this. I have noticed it might slightly dip to 59.8 fps sometimes. I get 60fps when I test out the benchmark. I also turned vsync off in the graphics menu Power management mode - Prefer maximum performance
